The above documents must first be notarized and attested by the District Court before submission to Skylane ICAC.
What is the procedure for attestation of Power of Attorney?
For Indian Nationals:
Please prepare the PoA as per your requirement.
Book your appointment online on our website and visit Skylane ICAC (as per your correct jurisdiction) on the appointed date and time. Please carry your Indian passport in original, Bahrain Visa or Residence permit (in original), Aadhar Card (in original), and a copy of the PoA.
Submit your application and deposit the fee. You can pay in cash or through your debit/credit card. Refer to the "Fees Details" section to know the exact fees you have to pay.
The PoA has to be signed by the applicant in front of the Skylane submission officer.
PoA is then deposited for registration and processing, and is usually returned within two working days.
For Foreign Nationals:

Please carry your Indian passport in original, Bahrain Visa or Residence permit (in original), Aadhar Card (in original), and a copy of the Affidavit and Declaration document.
